Joshua Tree National Park
A couple weeks ago I went to Joshua Tree National Park for the weekend with my sister. It was a little chilly in the mornings and a little hot during the days, but overall the weather was great.
Some of my favorite images from the trip are below. The photos were created using a Canon R5 with a 15-35mm, 24-70mm, or 70-200mm lens and edited in Adobe Lightroom.

Chicago, Illinois
My girlfriend and I traveled to Chicago at the end of November and into the beginning of December. It was cold (as low as -6 °F wind chill the morning we photographed The Bean!), but so much fun. Our diet consisted of 90% deep dish pizza, we found some amazing pour over coffee, and got to experience my Dad’s hometown. We truly had so much fun.

Yosemite National Park
Towards the end of June, my girlfriend and I camped just outside Yosemite for five days. The weather was excellent, with a chill in the mornings and highs in the low-60s. We hiked Mt. Dana (the second highest peak in Yosemite) and explored the National Park. Some of my favorite images from the trip are below. They were all created with a Canon R5 camera and either a 15-35mm, 24-70mm, or 70-200mm lens. One of the pictures was created with an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

San Simeon, California
At the end of March I took a road trip with my girlfriend to San Simeon and Big Sur, California. We camped for two nights and got drenched in rain the second night! The rain cut some of the photography short, but here are some of my favorite pictures from the trip.

Joshua Tree National Park
Near the end of February, my sister and I spent a weekend camping in Joshua Tree National Park. The weekend had excellent weather (lows in the upper 30s and highs in the low 60s). It was genuinely refreshing to be outside, camping in the desert. Some of my favorite images from the weekend are below. The pictures were created using a Canon EOS R5 with a 15-35mm or 70-200mm lens, and edited in Adobe Lightroom Classic.

Pinnacles National Park
In December 2023, I spent the better part of a week in Pinnacles National Park with my girlfriend. It was a bit rainy, but we stayed relatively dry and explored most of the park. Some of the hikes were truly excellent. I hope you enjoy my favorite images from the trip. The pictures were created using a Canon R5 and a 15-35mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm, or 400mm lens.
